For e-Commerce Sites, selling to the customer is the biggest target, but after-sales services are essential for the continuity of the customer. In the computer environment, together with cutting the invoice, transferring the current information in the commercial program in a correct format, failure to register during the stock records, and the increase in sales, start to pose a serious problem

Since many e-commerce companies cannot grow their daily sales and invoicing processes, they send their products to their customers late. When there are requests for return or replacement of products, there are serious problems arising from the incompatibility of the e-commerce website with the accounting program stock codes. The sale of a non-product is a situation that occurs frequently, but creating major problems. The customer can object to the return of the product he ordered, create complaints in different media thinking that he can solve the problem by discussing it with different people, and make the situation disrupt the functioning of the virtual store.

T-Soft Automation Tracking System (OTS) is a unique technology developed by T-Soft. For the sites that we serve and whose daily order can exceed 2000, the orders are not transferred, the fact that the stocks are not updated can cause big problems as of every passing minute. For the integration to work, it is necessary to work in the office environment where the commercial software is available for the customer.

The speed of the office's Internet, the customer's commercial software is not working due to a problem, the customer's local server's processor, RAM density, and disk occupancy status can affect the integration. Having one of these problems is a reason for the integration software not to work. Through OTS, all integrations are monitored from a center and when a problem occurs, intervention or action can be taken.

There are 2 common integration models available. In the first model, the virtual store is taken to the center and commercial software is used to track the accounting processes. In the second model, the Commercial software is in the center. Projects that do not have a stock standard that sells non-commodities by taking XML from different platforms prefer the first model. When products are sold in this model, during the transfer of orders, they are checked whether they are in the commercial software, otherwise they are selected if they are created. Stock amounts from commercial software are not transferred to the site. The amount of stock is entered on the site. Therefore, while tens of thousands of products are sold on the site, the commercial software only contains products that have been sold since the past.

Changing data transfer refers to the control of product stock quantity information, which is the most frequently changing data, in the local environment before each transfer, ensuring detection of Changing Stocks and sending of these changing data. In this way, the process can be completed in a very short period of time.
Data Logging
All transactions made in the integration software are recorded in a way that the customer can see. Information on the price or stock changes in which products are made and the date on which the products are sent to the virtual store are recorded in this context.

Current Card Transfer from Commercial Software to Virtual Store

In the projects related to the dealer system, it is required to transfer the existing dealers in the ERP to the virtual store. This transfer can be performed with a specified user name and password. As a user name, the dealer code will be transferred to the tax number as a password.

Process Control

With some controls, faulty operations are prevented. For example, by entering a setting such that no more than 100 products are sent at a time, the integration software does not perform the operation when the product is sent over this number. In this way, an error in the commercial software will be prevented from causing problems in the virtual store.

E-Mail Notifications

When certain scenarios occur, the customer is notified by e-mail. If integration cannot transfer data, the customer is informed about this, and if there is an order that cannot be transferred, the customer will be notified by sending him an e-mail.
